I’m a Dude from Lynwood CA USA, born in 1983.
My favorite sports include: running cycling triathlon team
My goals are: Training for surf city half marathon and this upcomming track season. Going for 1:20:00 half and sub 16 5k and a sub 4:30 mile time for track.
My other favorite activities include: Basketball, Football, Volleyball, anything team related.

Day 2
Ok I lied the 2nd day was wayyyyyy worst lol. Even though I ran faster and longer it hurt twice as bad.

Back to Running
First day is always the hardest to get out and try to get back into the normal swing of things, I made it through and alive lol. Plus thing is my achilles (old injury) did not bother me which makes me estatic.
